Useful to know

When you book an outside shoot with your photographer, do your best to not be late. Usually they pick the time of day for a reason, mainly the quality of the light. If you’re late, both you and the photographer will have to play catch up before the light gets ugly or just disappears.

That morning, traffic in town was insane, and construction around the Oratoire St-Joseph was rampant, which meant packed buses and other nightmares. Poor Olivier arrived an hour later all flustered, and we had only a bit more than an hour left before the sun would become unflattering. Good thing this wasn’t my first rodeo - and Olivier was a born optimist. We got it done. Well I’d say!

Fun Fact

That suit Olivier is wearing looked sharp. But something was missing. That watch you see on the photos? It’s mine :)

Loved my headshot photoshoot with Tam! He was very effective at helping me get to the right place for him to snap some great pictures and helped me work through the awkwardness I felt from not doing photoshoots very often. And, of course, SO HAPPY with my pictures. They totally fit what I was looking for and I can see myself using them for a long time. Hire him!
