Useful to know

If you’re an aspiring visual artist: get familiar with your gear before you go out and use it for the shoot. I ended up renting a complicated gimbal (DJI Ronin) and gave up on using it.

Fun fact

If you’re a music historian, you already know. If you’re like me, get this: Christoph Graupner passed up on a prestigious job opportunity during his lifetime, which was the Cantorate in Leipzig. The guy who ended up taking the job was none other than Johann Sebastian Bach, and the rest is history.
